Additional Info for Participants

We are excited for CUWiP 2017 at Princeton University! As we enter the final countdown to the conference, we have a few additional things to mention to participants.

Agenda

We have uploaded a detailed agenda to the site. This site will be updated to reflect any room or schedule changes that may occur*.

*Note, for example, that the rooms for the workshops “Everything No One Tells You About Applying to Grad School” and “Mental Health” are different from those on the agenda included in your participant folder.

Lab Tours

We have updated the Tours page! We will be holding several lab tours throughout Friday (1/13) afternoon. All tours will be leaving from the CUWiP registration area in McDonnell Hall, where volunteers will be gathering and leading groups for lab tours.

Social Media

Throughout the conference, you can tweet to @PrincetonCUWiP with the hashtag #apscuwip. Your tweets may be selected for advertisement for future conferences!

Attire

There is no official dress code for the conference. We leave your choice of attire at your discretion, bearing in mind:

  1. CUWiP is a professional conference for which you want to look suitably presentable.
  2. The schedule is very full and you will not have time to change throughout the day, so we suggest comfortable attire that is not overly formal.

Parking

If you plan to drive to campus, we suggest parking in Lot 21. More information about visitor parking on campus can be found here.
