APS CUWiP at Princeton/PPPL will be conducted in accordance with the university’s policy on COVID-19. In particular, in the interest of inclusion and safety for all participants, masks will be required for everyone in attendance.

If any of the following situations apply, you must cancel your plans to travel to Princeton:

• If you test positive for COVID-19 within ten days of your planned arrival;
• If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19;
• If you are a close contact of someone who tested positive for COVID-19 and are not able to provide a negative test following your exposure.

If you become ill during the conference, you must return to the hotel and let the organizers know immediately.

If you test positive for COVID-19 within five days after the event, you should inform the organizers at cuwip@princeton.edu.
