Tour of Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory

The largest tour at the 2023 APS CUWiP at Princeton University will be of the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory. Come see first-hand the exciting world of fusion energy research at PPPL! Visiting the U.S. Department of Energy’s Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory is a great opportunity to get a first-hand view of the laboratory where the quest to harness the power of the sun and the stars through fusion energy is taking place. Pre-registration is required.
Tours of Faculty Research Laboratories
There will be several tours of labs on campus. These more intimate tours allow participants a behind-the-scenes look at research at Princeton University. These tours will be first-come-first-serve, between 2 and 4PM on Friday, January 20th. All tours will leave from the registration area in Frick Atrium where volunteers will be gathering groups. The following tours will be offered:
- Neutrino Lab Tour (Tully Lab)
- Laboratory for Ultracold Quantum Matter (Bakr Lab)
- Experimental Biophysics Lab Tours (Leifer Lab, Gregor Lab, Austin Lab, & Puchalla Lab)
